"Where Learning is Fun"
Each year our classes begin in September. We host an Open House for all families who have a child who is registered for the fall session. It is always held on the day after Labor Day. Our school year ends the third week of May.
We take children from 2½ years to 5 years old. All of our programs are part time early childhood education classes. We help your child prepare for kindergarten. We have many affordable classes to fit your budget and your familie's schedule.
The 3/4 year old classes are held two days per week, either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. We offer morning or afternoon sessions. Your child may also attend both sessions for our extended days and bring their sack lunch to school.
The 4/5 year old program is for our Pre-K students. They may attend three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday. Both programs offer 1/2 day options in the morning or afternoon. Your child may also attend both sessions for the extended day option.
There is also a Friday morning only class geared for the youngest students starting at 2½ years old. It is a perfect way to introduce them to learning and socializing with other little people their age. They get to explore the classroom setting on their level. They will learn how to be part of a group, to share, and make friends. They will work on things like colors, shapes, holding a pencil, making crafts, cutting, singing songs, and so much more. (All children must be potty trained to attend.)
2026-27 Rates are as follows:
Two half days per week is $96 per month. Two extended days is $210 per month.
Three half days per week is $141 per month. Three extended days is $310 per month.
Fridays only is $50 per month.
The 2nd child's tuition will be discounted 25%.
There is a yearly registration fee of $65 per year, per child. This covers their supplies and insurance for the year.
Our Program Hours
- Our morning preschool program runs from 9:00am until 11:30am.
- Our afternoon preschool program runs from 12:00 until 2:30 pm.
- Our extended days run from 9:00 until 2:30 pm.
- We do observe holidays and we have a winter and spring break. Snow days are announced on the local T.V. news stations, just look for Mustard Seed Preschool.
Our Mission
The Mustard Seed Preschool has been educating creative little minds for over 50 years. We are a fun loving environment that offers young children a chance to make friends, learn new things, and become a more confident child. Our motto is "Learning's fun at Mustard Seed", and we make sure that everyday becomes a day in which we do just that.
